Self isolation and quarantining are happening everywhere and many relationships are finding new challenges or changes in dynamics. This is a strange time for the world. Polyamory in particular, is experiencing quite the shift in how relationships are maintained and how we can creatively work through unexpected problems. Starting with this episode, Talk Your Poly Off is kicking off a multi-episode series highlighting ethical non-monogamists and how they are surviving through the Coronavirus pandemic.

We invited Laurel to today's discussion. She is a solo polyamorist who has spent the last few years really finding who she is and learning how to accept herself, her sexuality, and her community in ways she previously didn't feel she could. Laurel speaks openly about overcoming shame, exploring a swinger lifestyle, and most importantly, her life as a mom who is trying to learn herself.
