This episode I sat down with the brilliant Helen Stanley, you will probably already know Helen, she's been on the telly! For those that haven't come across her work, Helen has been in a few automotive tv shows including Goblin Garage and Motor Pickers, writes for Mini Magazine, and creates brilliant artworks. It was a real treat to sit down and just chat all things cars, art, and mental health, especially with someone so honest and open about their life.
