Celebrated on 31st of October, the tradition of Halloween originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts.  In this episode I’m concentrating on the popular genre of ‘Horror’; speculative fiction whose purpose is to create feelings of fear, dread, repulsion, and terror in the reader, featuring stories and poems from Bridgend Writers Circle.
