But, I get how damn important it is for us to feel healthy, confident, and energetic. Hell, it's important for our productivity, too!


But, so many people do things wrong when it comes to trying to get healthy. They do too many things at once and burn themselves out. They don't consider their routines and how easy it will be to maintain them. They don't have a deep, motivating reason for getting healthy - a reason that will keep them going when things get tough.


I got my start in health and fitness coaching, and health is still such an integrated part of my life. So, in today's podcast episode, I'm giving you my top 5 tips for taking back your health.
