Today Roberto is joined all the way from Germany by Retail Business Coach, Alvin Narsey! 

Alvin trained as a pharmacist in Melbourne, Australia. He acquired his first business as a partnership shortly after graduation - over the course of building that business he realised that as a clinician, none of the training touched on how to actually run a business. 

He went on an intense learning mission ultimately resulting in him being able to sell his businesses and travel the world, helping other retail business owners.

Alvin shares so many top tips for those either embarking or already on their business journey... including time mastery and the importance of vision and goals.
