Just over a year ago, Wicklow footballer Alan Daly was on the verge of suicide and hospitalised.

Eight months later, he scored the winning points that sealed Donard/Glen's County Intermediate Football Championship victory.

We chat to Alan about his road to recovery and how the GAA played a crucial part.
