For this week's show, we chat about the increase in LGFA players heading over to play Australian Rules (AFLW).

Firstly, we get the Australian view by chatting to Collingwood Head Coach Steve Symonds. Steve currently has two Irish players, Sarah Rowe (Mayo) and Aisling Sheridan (Cavan).

Steve tells us of the endurance fitness that Irish girls have and how they add to the overall team atmosphere.

Then, we chat to Tipperary and West Coast Eagles star Aisling McCarthy.

Aisling recently became the first non Australian to get a club transfer in the AFLW, moving from Western Bulldogs to West Coast Eagles on a 2 year deal.

We chat to Aisling about her move and also her experience balancing playing half the year inter county and the other half as a semi-pro in Australia.

With the continued expansion of AFLW, we ask whether it is sustainable to play both going forward.
