Conor O'Keeffe joins us to talk about his 'rollercoaster' life, Thai Boxing career, running marathons, 100 miles, 200 miles and how he trains his mind to push through the pain barrier.

There's also climbing Mount Kilmanjaro, self doubt, mental health, giving up drinking and focussing on the 'why' as opposed to the 'how'. 

Conor is currently training to do 32 marathons in 32 counties in 32 days with 32lb on his back, losing a lb each day.
