Fake it till you make it…? Let's talk to Ben Maruthappu.

At Table Talk we love a mantra! One that we’ve been discussing for a while now is “Fake it till you make it.” It seems to be so pervasive these days whether it’s Silicon Valley founders hyping their start-up, colleagues pretending to have all the answers, influencers professing to have the dream life style… it seems to be common, normal even, to fake it till you make it. 

We asked Ben to join us in our virtual studio to discuss this phenomenon and see if he, as a Christian entrepreneur, has a better mantra for us. Ben is the co-founder and CEO of Cera, one of Europe’s fastest-growing businesses, and already one of the largest healthcare-at-home providers in the UK. In less than five years Ben has grown Cera from zero to nearly $300m revenues and 10,000 employees, now delivering 40,000+ care visits a day.
