Late last month, drama-baiting YouTuber LeafyIsHere stirred up an internet-wide fuss over the idea that Imane “Pokimane” Anys, the most popular female streamer on Twitch, might have a boyfriend. It was the most recent evolution of a long-running line of thought: women on the internet keep their dating lives secret to fool gullible men into giving them money. Yesterday, Anys posted an apology video in response to the boyfriend drama, as well as a great many other things. Now it’s been disassembled, shoved under a microscope, and fed back into the drama machine.
Her over 16 minute apology video ranged a wide variety of topics and spanned back several years. From her use of racials slurs as an edgy teen to more recent events
She had this to say “I personally made the decision seven years ago or whenever I got into streaming that I don’t want my personal life to be part of my content,” Anys said. “For me, this also creates a healthier divide between my work life and personal life, which is an area where the lines are already pretty blurred. I understand that some people could relate this to donations, but you could also argue that one can make a lot of money by publicizing the relationship or making content out of it. Neither of these things are wrong at all… I personally want to be able to experience my relationships without the scrutiny of an online audience. If you disagree, that’s totally alright. You don’t have to support me or my content.”
Foxx - “how do you feel about Pokimane feeling the need to make amends for keeping her personal life private?”

To finish out his first full week on YouTube, Dr Disrespect challenged PewDiePie to a showdown in Fall Guys. Combined, the two stars brought in over 340k viewers who tuned in to watch them duke it out in the battle royale.
While Doc got off to a rocky start in their best of five contests, the streamer became neck and neck with the Swedish creator. However, his attempt to troll Pewds by grabbing onto him backfired which resulted in him getting eliminated.
Pewds ended up coming out victorious in the end, narrowly beating the 38-year-old 5–3 in the final round. To punish the popular streamer, the Swede made him watch his most disliked video on his channel.
Deviant - How do you feel about this meeting of the Mega Powers on youtube? Could this relationship be what YT needs to launch its streaming service into the stars?

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney has issued a series of public comments on his personal Twitter account regarding the legal fight the Fortnite creator initiated with Apple yesterday, following the iPhone maker’s removal of the game from the App Store. In the four-part thread, Sweeney says the fight isn’t about money. Rather, he says Epic is fighting for “the basic freedoms of all consumers and developers.”
“At the most basic level, we’re fighting for the freedom of people who bought smartphones to install apps from sources of their choosing, the freedom for creators of apps to distribute them as they choose, and the freedom of both groups to do business directly,” Sweeney tweeted. “The primary opposing argument is: ‘Smartphone markers can do whatever they want.’ This as an awful notion. We all have rights, and we need to fight to defend our rights against whoever would deny them. Even if that means fighting a beloved company like Apple.”
Fox - This seems like they are directly playing on the emotions of consumers. What have you found in your research on this topic?

Despite the fact that the actor previously confirmed that he was done with the Caped Crusader, Ben Affleck is now apparently set to return to the role of Batman in the upcoming Flash solo movie.
Something must have changed his mind though, as the actor is now set to star as Bruce Wayne/Batman once again in the upcoming Flash solo movie, according to a new report by Vanity Fair.
The character will apparently have a major role in the upcoming movie, which is an adaptation of the most famous Flash storyline "Flashpoint". According to the director, the relationship between Barry and Bruce will be a substantial part of the movie.
Deviant -  With Robert Patinson also playing the Dark Knight, Can you think of another time we have had 2 active Batman Actors? What are your thoughts on BA’s about face?

According to The Verge, the feature has been in test mode since July. So far, it looks a little different depending on who’s using it and what device you’re on. (A Verge writer said the feature didn’t show up on Roku.) Netflix appears to be testing different methods, including a “shuffle play” button upon login or another in the menu sidebar.
The shuffle feature appears to be a play on the “because you watched” aspect of Netflix. The choices are based on previous content viewed, meaning you likely won’t get something totally random–but you also won’t get something you’ve seen before.
We have had this feature for a few weeks and I have noticed that there is no way to pick a random episode of a specific series. This seems like an oversight to me.

So we find ourselves in a tumultuous time with two batmen. This consumer of comics, televisions, and cinema has a take on the upcoming movies. Pattinson’s Batman will far outshine the batflec. As a metric for this prediction I say batflec receives a rotten tomatoes score of <35% to Pattinson’s 70 %.
 
In the coming days there will be a reckoning! 
And I reckon E sport viewership will climb in the next season by a factor of at least 100% 
 
 
Now I can’t tell you exactly when the machine uprising will happen but I can tell you one thing, Sony will be partnering with Samsung to make an App Store of their own.
