In this week’s episode of Supermom Rehab podcast, I had the pleasure to speak with Phoebe Jue. We spoke about the topic of coaching and how she runs a business that helps makes coaching accessible to everyone. We discuss both the direct and indirect benefits.

Phoebe is a wife, mother of 3, an ACC certified coach with International Coaching Federation and Founder + CEO of Celebrate You Coaching. Before this, Phoebe graduated with a degree in Child and Adolescent Development and went on to teach elementary grades in California. She has been a program director in both schools and ministries, and she’s been a keynote speaker at dozens of women’s conferences and workshops. She specializes in career and life work, with a passion for empowering those in the margins. Her current role as CEO of CYC has afforded her the opportunity to lead while still having her boots on the ground. A career coach herself, Phoebe leads CYC’s massive moments while also carrying a caseload of clients herself.

In this episode, we talk about how motherhood became the catalyst for her to transition from teaching to coaching. She helps to clarify what is coaching and what it isn’t and the unique benefits of coaching. She also speaks about the importance of friends’ presence, for helping us to de-stress.

We packed a lot in this episode, so make sure you listen to the entire episode to get all of the pearls of wisdom.
