He discusses Sleep as a critical factor in our good health, and particularly important during this stressful CoVID time. Sleep is important for a healthy immune system, and affects concentration, mood, judgment, creativity and productive. A few key things to consider: Really aim for 7-9 hours; cut the caffeine at least 6 hours before bedtime; turn off news and social media for an hour before sleep; have a dark room.
