Stephen met Eric D. Moeller through Eric Yang. Eric is from NJ. Eric has been as entrepreneur his whole life. He bought his first investment when he was 19. Mother a secretary and father was a truck driver. He watched his father and mother work so hard and he believes that is what started his drive. He is in the process of launching a brand new investment company for short-term rentals. His goal is to get 100 properties in San Diego. He got this idea from traveling, staying in air bnb’s, and he realized that this is a wide open market. Right now he is focusing on subletting. He has to stay on top of how cities feel. A lot of the old frame of mind is afraid. He would tell people 1. Understand who you are. Have the motivation and vision, and what type of impact do you want to make? “If it’s just the money thing, don’t become an entrepreneur.” He says it takes a lot of patience and effort. His #1 book is : Feel the fear and do it anyway by Susan Jeffers – No matter who you are you have fear, the difference between the top producers is that they use fear as fuel.
