You Stab Like a Bitch! with Mark Whited

Mark Whited is a friend I met some years back when I was still in the biz[pro wrestling]. Back then he was writing for the Philadelphia Inquirer and a founder of the "Wrestledelphia" website. We got to know each other a little when he interviewed me for a piece and have since stayed in touch.

From 2010 going forward Mark has had a rough go of it to say the least. Imagine finding out the girl you've been dating has been murdered via your Facebook wall. Then being robbed at gun point and nearly stabbed to death five years later. We go on to discuss how he's been struggling with depression and anxiety ever since. As always I try my hardest to give the best bad advice anyone will listen to.
