To celebrate Pride Month I am speaking to a few different LGBT fitness pros about their journey and their philosophy. At a time where our trans brothers, sisters and non-binary fam are under increasing pressure and danger, I wanted to amplify their voices. 
In this episode I speak with trans fitness professional Dibs about their holistic approach to training, their personal struggle with dysmorphia and why fitness should be inclusive. I really enjoyed this episode. This was my first time speaking with Dibs, and it felt like we could be pals.
