My son is reading a book called The Alchemist. In this book, there's an amazing lesson to be learned about people's ambitions, goals, dreams, and ultimately, their legacy. In the book, they call it the Personal Legend.
Do you ever visualize your big picture objectives and goals in life?
What do your goals look like? Be specific. What are the details?
Now, visualize them again and get VERY specific about what YOU look like in the scenario of having achieved your biggest goals in the world. Are you overweight and out of shape? Probably not. Are you unhealthy, getting a report from your doctor that you have diabetes? Probably not.
Are you in shape in this scenario? A nice healthy weight? Are you muscular with a shredded midsection and muscle definition?
In this episode, I get into some of these things and how your fitness and health goals are NOT exclusive from your big picture Personal Legend.
