What are core values? What does that even mean?


I define core values as the governing principles that define a person on a day-in/day-out basis.


When it comes to fitness, there are 5 core values that, if TRULY embraced, will make it impossible for them to fail in fitness. These 5 core values are:


ResponsibilityIntensity and EnergyHaving a Giving MentalityTaking ActionCommitment
