Stress and anxiety cannot break you. You will not be ruined as a result of excessive stress and anxiety.


In this episode, I open up about some things that happened to my family and I over the past few years that would have crippled my efforts had it been years earlier when these things happened. Instead, I found a way to push through and it was through mindfulness techniques, journaling, and finding my inner peace that allowed me to press forward.
