Accountability is nearly impossible to create all on your own.
Unfortunately, this is the truth.
People just cannot easily drive and motivate themselves without SOMETHING to feed that and help keep the focus intact.
The best form of accountability is someone who's sole mission is to ensure your success. This person is a coach. Not a personal trainer, a fitness coach. The reason for this is because a fitness coach only cares about one thing: you getting results. Why? Two reasons typically:
Now, not everyone is ready to have success ensured through the use of a fitness coach. They aren't ready to invest in themselves and make major progress. And that's OK! If you're that person, I promise you'll come around :)
