When during the year do you start thinking about your Summer body?


If you're waiting until Spring to think about it, visualize it, and act towards building it, you're waiting too long.


Building your Summer body really starts in the late Winter. Why? It takes several months for the body to adapt to activity, lose weight, build muscle, etc. There is no healthy scenario where you can drop significant amounts of weight in short periods of time.


Before you address trying to build a Summer body, give some thought as to WHY you're building a Summer body.


Are you frustrated, pissed off or annoyed that you're out of shape and Summer just makes it worse? Are you constantly uncomfortable in the Summer because it's hot and humid, and you're revealing more of your body than normal because you're wearing shorts and short sleeve shirts?


These are common feelings that many people experience.


There is good news though!


All of this can be changed and you CAN build the ultimate body that you want to achieve, if you straighten a few things out and get your mindset in the right place.
