Too often we hear things like "you must eat clean" and "I eat clean, therefore I am healthy".


Or maybe you've found yourself saying this: "I don't eat bad, I eat all clean food" while you're wondering why you're overweight and can't seem to get it under control.


That last part was me in 2007 - I get it.


Here's the cool thing...eating clean doesn't actually solve much of anything when it comes to weight loss, body transformation and becoming fit. It can help...a little. But when it comes to fat loss and body transformation, there's a LOT more to that strategy, and "eating clean" doesn't really cut it.
