Do you think you need to lose weight?


When you think of health and fitness goals, are you constantly bringing your mindset back to this type of phrasing: "I need to lose weight", or "I need to lose 30 lbs" or "I need to lose that baby weight", or anything along those lines?


Chances are, you're missing a critical piece of this, which is that you don't necessarily need to lose a tremendous amount of WEIGHT. What you really need to do is lose body fat, and replace some of that with lean body mass (muscle).


Doing this will provide a number of amazing benefits including:


1) Leaning out your body and building out a fit physique

2) Increased overall metabolism so you can eat even more and hold onto that progress

3) Love the way you feel (even more if you already love it now)

4) Love the way you look (even more if you already love it now)

5) Have more confidence

6) Have more strength
