Tonight's special guest is Jeremy Bryant from Austin, Texas. Jeremy is the baby of 7 kids, and his abuse started at the age of 6. He was molested by his step brother, the oldest of the 7 siblings. The abuse lasted 10 years. At the age of 16 Jeremy reported the abuse to his family. His family told him that he was lying and just wanted money. Jeremy took off from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, at that time and went to California and became a male prostitute. Jeremy chose an alternative lifestyle for years. He has finally after 33 years forgiven. After years of addiction and alter egos Jeremy is healing. Jeremy has been in trauma therapy for years. He states that therapy has saved his life. He's currently processing this all in EMDR and is on the road to freedom. The fight he has fought for the past 30 years has brought attention to child sexual assault. In Oklahoma, Jeremy is currently proceeding with a civil case against his molester. There is a House Bill in Oklahoma that is in Congress that will change the Statue of Limitations to no age limit whatsoever to prosecute child predators. Jeremy is married to his high school sweetheart and is a father and husband. Jeremy wants all survivors to know that, “ .. all survivors must speak up and out [because] there is justice and healing."
