Tonight's special guest is Arthur Crowell from Minnetonka, Minnesota. He was born into a family plagued by abuse and tragedy. He writes, "The three generations prior to my birth has nearly every Hollywood story represented in history, from severe sexual abuse, to drug and prostitution, racketeering, cults, witness protection and more." Because of the trauma suffered as children, the adults that raised Arthur did not have the skills or the ability to keep the trauma from spilling over at him, and he grew up 'paying for their crimes.' Arthur adopted a quest to be the one to heal his family system and root out and destroy the demons that plagued them. However, learning more details of his family history at age 18, a deep rage settled in him and he cut off all family commutations, writing them off as unsavable. For about a decade, Arthur fell into a deep depression and drug use. Eventually, his business crumbled, and Arthur had to move back in with his family. It was then he re-met his wife; he explains, “It was because of her I was able to turn my life onto a different track.” For the last decade, Arthur has been in and out of a broken family courts system that is unequipped to protect children. Now, Arthur is  an activist, and has started a campaign to reform Family Courts with a bill to present to legislators. "It is the protection and supervision of hostile and detrimental environments that the court system is completely unequipped to handle. That is why I have chosen to make a stand and strive for reform."
