Micro Steps = Macro Change

This episode is a shortie but a goodie. If you had anywhere close to the week that I’ve had, you need this episode. It seems that 2020 is going to be relentless until the bitter end. Well you know what?! It takes two to tango bitch. And I refuse to sit back and let 2020 win. In this episode, I set the tone of the last month of this crazy year right: ready to kick it’s ass.  I really just wanted to give you a little appetizer if you will to the main course all month.  When we encounter a colossal year such as this one, we need to digest it in small bites.
