Evolution begins by asking:


1. What do you I want?


2. Who do I need to become to achieve that?


The hardest part about the becoming process is letting go of who you used to be. Creating a new way of being feels like pushing a stationary car. Initially, it requires a lot of effort. Once the car gets moving you generate momentum. Once you decide to change, and you start to feel the Shifts, life creates feedback loops that will support your becoming process. What daily habits do you need to install to support you in becoming the person you need to be? The hardest part will always be the beginning. Stay consistent, be discipline and anything becomes possible.
