When I start working with a new Coaching client, I often run through a series of questions designed to reveal whether their work habits are similar to high performers or work-a-holics.  If it's the latter, much of our early Coaching work focuses on adjusting those habits so their more like a high performer.

In this episode, I'm going to run through those questions with you, and let you know what you can do if you don't like the answers.
