When it’s about coincidences, our guest today has been in tune with the universe multiple times to have experienced this. And other times it was a hit over her head with a message. It is her belief that everything’s a message from the universe and all it takes is to let your soul speak up.

For today’s guest, Cassandra is joined by Sonia Iris Lozada. She’s an actress and poet hailing from Los Angeles. From opposite sides of the coast, the two of them chat about perceptions and switching in your life.

We get to know more about Sonia as she lets us in on her past and what brought her to a place of perception. From the desperate actor she once was in the tough acting scene with casting directors, producers, etc., understand how she was able to change her perception and what made her change it. As a poet, it took 10 years to get back on track with writing. With terrified yet determined thoughts she finally published her poems in 2016. Sonia didn’t limit herself and it was all thanks to her will to change perceptions that made her thrive.
