The Philadelphia Sixers have two players representing the franchise in the NBA All-Star Game. Joel Embiid will be starter and Ben Simmons is listed as a reserve. Matisse Thybulle did not make the Rising Stars Game! Did he get snubbed? I understand both sides of it. Also, the NBA decided to change the entire rules and I think it is awful!
