ABOUT THE GUEST
Janice is a yogi, teacher, musician, alchemist, and healer. She is a classically-trained chef, certified Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga teacher and leads people to spiritually-charged areas of the world, and helps them connect to that energy through, food, yoga, and local culture.
She has trained for 5 years in two Mystery Schools, and has served Nine Gates Mystery School and Esoteric School in volunteer-staffing roles. She conducts Healing Gong Meditations for the Damanhur Boulder community on full moons, solstices, and equinoxes. Janice has recently completed the Practioner’s Training to teach SACRED as part of the IHS, Intentional Healing Systems, and offers classes all over the world.
Janice leads Culinary Travel Adventures with a mystical flavor. She has travelled the world to various sacred sites and looks forward to offering more of these in the future. She teaches how to play the gong, and enjoys co-creating with groups utilizing the weaving together of Kundalini Yoga, Alchemy, and SACRED; she will be offering this technique soon.
Janice is working on a platform to offer various classes online and will be up-and-running in February 2021. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, from Northwestern University, a Culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, and two yoga teaching certificates. Janice has created the life she wants and is truly living her passions.
