This chat focusses on the cycle of change and knowing your people in the business world as well as personally. Sometimes these changes are forced upon you, like the global situation in the last couple of years, sometime the changes can become negative, or they can be slow to implement and your competitors have started overtaking you. This chapter deals with how to use change for good.
