KEY TAKEAWAYS

Have a purpose. In life, you should always have a purpose if you want to have success; avoiding potential distraction that will will stop you being focused on your purpose.
Do not focus on irrelevant things. If you want to succeed in life, focus on the things that make you better.
Avoid putting labels on yourself. You should always try to be yourself every time if you want to succeed in life.
Religion. Religion is the goodness of the heart, what colour you are is irrelevant. Do not focus on the small details but focus on your bigger goals.
Different states. The first step is physical, the next step is mental, the next step is emotional and then the real hard one to come to terms with is spiritual.
Prosperity is another pillar of success. Learn how to love yourself, how to forgive yourself and to make your life full of love. With this, you will be able to handle any challenge that may come your way even criticism from others.
Intelligence and determination. This is also a contributor to success.
Power of mentoring. You should always have mentors in your life if you want to succeed.
Learn from the past and then leave it behind.

BEST MOMENTS

"Football or sport, in general, is a great reflection of who you are."

ABOUT THE HOST

Something that’s never been attached to Paul is the label ‘normal’ – for which he is immensely proud.  He definitely subscribes to being one of those mentioned – in the Steve Jobs quote:

“Here's to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers, the round pegs in the square holes... the ones who see things differently -- they're not fond of rules... You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can't do is ignore them because they change things... they push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
