If you stay away from the problem, you stay shielded from the problem and you’re shielded from what the problem is. There shouldn’t be a ‘top’ and ‘bottom’ of talent, everyone should be able to exist in the middle ground, it’s a lovely place to be for people to share and evolve creatively.
