Daniel Smith, but his nickname in photography is Daniel Zoliro...a name that he came up with using the first two letters from each of his kids' names. He is a pastor and volunteer firefighter in the town where he lives. He got his first telescope, an 8-inch Dobsonian, about 4 years ago. Where he did his first stacked astrophoto about one year ago with a DSLR, 100mm lens, and a Star Adventurer.

Since then, he dove in headfirst into astrophotography working with much better gear and refining his processing skills, he also currently serves as vice president of the Astronomy Club of Tulsa. Besides this hobby, he’s involved in caving and cave photography, macrophotography, and he’s also a musician.
