Sourceress is a podcast about demystifying and decolonizing supply chains. The show is hosted by two women who have spent years building international supply chains in coffee and tequila. Colleen and Carolyn sit down with industry leaders who are approaching sourcing in innovative ways in their respective specialty industries. Together, they explore the immense amount of effort it takes to source outside of commodity trading and the quality and flavor differences that are possible when we source differently.

After the interview, music curator and ethnomusicologist, Danielle Maggio, delivers her Sonic Sauce segment inspired by the episode's featured topic. She explores the evolution of music through the lens of gender, power, colonialism, and cultural hybridity.
