5 Band Communication

This week I talk about the people aspect of being a solo sound tech for an event with multiple bands. Running a show smoothly by yourself can be tough when you are new to the game. Earning the bands trust is key to being able to do your job at the highest level you can, from prep before the show to how you interact with them from start to finish will make all the difference. Turning up a kick drum in a P.A. is easy but making a band feel like they can trust you when you have never met before is a skill that will take you much further in sound!
