Employees What are you doing this year?  How excited is your team about it? We have our team share ideas of what they would like to do for a company party and we always make it fun!  Did you get their input? Do you give out bonuses?  We always give a year-end bonus based on each employees efforts in the past year Do you give out thoughtful gifts?  Do you get everyone the same thing or do you personalize the gifts by employee?  Holiday Party Bonuses Gifts Spouses / Family / Partners A monetary gift  A nice dinner to celebrate the year Maybe they would prefer that you take time off and spend it with them In this area, you may want to give:  Clients Gifts, Cards, Baskets, Swag from your company!  Do you send anything to your top clients?  Charities Are there organizations that you could give to that make a difference in peoples’ lives?  Homework:  Find a way to give back before the year is over to someone.
