How he is working towards creating generational wealth for his family and his employees after life on the field. Sharing examples of how capitalism can have a conscience.  We discuss his childhood and how being part of an interracial family was a catalyst for working in civil rights.  How his path of growth led to fighting for equality from the steps of the Supreme Court to being a part of President Obama’s advisory team on LGBTQ issues.
