Smurf and Smurfette are Age Group Triathletes, juggling their professional careers as an Educational Leader and a Doctor with Ironman Triathlon training. This week, we welcome Wyn Republic Ambassador, 3 x Ironman Cairns Age Group Champion and 3 x Kona Qualifier Sarah Thomas. Sarah finished 7th in her age group on the 'Big Island' in 2019 and has a history in triathlon littered with great success. We chat;
