The Smurf & Smurfette podcast is back for 2022 as we talk all things endurance sport with our special guests.

This week, we talk with 8 x Marathon finisher and first time 70.3 Finisher Nadine Hunt. A Cairns local, Nadine took up running after being selected to be part of the Indigenous Marathon Project while the project was still in its infancy. As one of the first females in the project, Nadine trained for and completed the New York City Marathon.

More recently, Nadine has taken up triathlon and we talk with her about her time as part of the Indigenous Marathon Foundation, her role in her community, her life changes as a runner and the transition to triathlon.

We talk to Nadine in the week before her first 70.3 at Melbourne 70.3 then catch up again post-race to find out how it all went!

This one is a truly amazing story and well worth the listen!
