Ironman Australia Special - Susane Belkhiati

Smurf & Smurfette are endurance sport athletes based in Cairns, Queensland, Australia. It is Ironman Australia race week in Port Macquarie, which means for the Smurf & Smurfette Podcast, a week full of podcast episodes with special guests and lots of great advice from experienced Ironman athletes.

Today we talk to veteran Ironman athlete and Women for Tri Ambassador Susane Belkhiati. Ironman Australia will be her 15th Ironman which includes a number of visits to Port Macquarie for Ironman Australia. 

Susane has a huge year in store with Ironman Australia being the first of 4 iron distance events planned for 2022 including Challenge Roth, the Ironman World Championships in Kona and Ironman Western Australia in December.

We hear from Susane about Women for Tri and her role as an ambassador, training for Ironman Australia, balancing work, life and training, and her key tips for success this weekend.
