We took the plunge and recorded a Zoom-based podcast this past week. Partly because one of our close partners had a big announcement, partly because Paul Greiner had a big announcement and partly because we had a big announcement.

So, it is announcements all around on this episode of the Smarter Business Podcast, and of course, at least one thing that made Dan's business smarter.

Here is the Renoun website that we discuss - https://renouncreative.com/

Paul mentions Winfield's Pub - http://www.winfieldspub.com/

Here is our new vidwheel Creator Network product - https://vidwheel.com/creator-network/

If you like what you hear, please subscribe wherever you are taking in this podcast, and please leave a comment - we are always looking for feedback and it can help people find the show.

Neil K Carroll - Hey, welcome to this, the first Smarter Business Podcast that we're recording via Zoom because we're all still stuck at home. And on this episode of the Smarter Business Podcast, we actually have two guests. We have Paul Greiner, who, anybody who's watched probably already knows. Paul's got a bit of an announcement today, and then we have Dan Wangelin from Renoun Creative. Renoun Creative is a great partner to Vidwheel, we do a lot of work with them, and they have some really exciting news about a big launch that they're doing. So, Dan, I will give you a moment to just go ahead and introduce yourself and you can tell us a little bit about what Renoun does.

Dan Wangelin - So, I'm the owner and founder or Renoun Creative, I founded the company in 2006. Back then, it was I was had a full-time position, so I like to say that I had a nine to five and then Renoun Creative was my five to nine. But really, it was more like, seven to 2:30 in the morning. But long story short, we've grown the company now to be an agency of six people with a really solid roster of clients. We have clients all over the US. And recently, we've relaunched ourselves as the customer success agency. And what that means basically, is we identified a long time ago that, we have certain deliverables that people think of us for branding, websites, print design, graphic design, which is great, but ultimately, people need that work to work for them, they need a return on that. So it was a natural progression to go from design, to marketing, and then marketing creates leads and then what we're doing is we're gonna start helping people manage those leads, so they can actually convert to sales and then after that, and they're a customer, helping those customers actually become a referral source. So it really we talked about the Flywheel and HubSpot of it, it's really kind of that idea where not only are we creating the initial deliverables and creating marketing plans, get some marketing execution, but then ultimately, really creating something that reduces churn, increases revenue, helps people be more profitable because we make them more efficient with the resources that they have and really helping them deliver true value in terms of their sales and marketing.

Neil K Carroll - Why don't you tell I guess, the listeners and watchers why we brought Paul in on this kind of Renoun Creative Podcast.
