This program was unique as we asked listeners to share with Ron and Tom the details of their business so that during the program we could provide suggestions of a premium loyalty reward program for customers.


The traditional loyalty program is often a, "buy a certain quantity of an item and be rewarded with a free one". A premium loyalty program is one where the customer pay a fee to be a member of a select group of customers who are provided with additional products, services and opportunities to participate in a special group.
