Happy Holidays and Happy New Years. This week my guest is Scott Morton who is the part owner and head brewer of Lily's Seafood Grill and Brewery in Royal Oak, MI. Scott was such a wonderful guest, a really great guy. We could sit around and talk beer for hours upon hours. His story starts roughly 22 years ago in Florida with his brother and their restaurants. I really enjoyed listening to his history in the restaurant business as well as brewing business.
