The Slamfest Podcast brings the premier rock concert pregaming experience from the parking lot to the podcasting airwaves. Episode 59 - Brad covers seeing a great 80's pop double-bill in July, 2000 at Pine Knob Music Theater in Clarkston, MI - The B-52's and The Go-Go's. After discussing his background with The Go-Go's (and their members who went solo) and The B-52's, he goes over the infamous "Party Bus" ride down to the show and reviews the concert. The Band on the Bill Spotlight finds him comparing The Go-Go's and The B-52s' hits and puts their greatest hits compilations up against each other head-to-head. After a Slamfest Tip of the Week, he's faced with a "Which Side are you On?" - Side 1 or Side 2 off of The Go-Go's third studio album, Talk Show, from 1984.
