Launched another new episode of my podcast Soul Purpose Leadership today in honor of being just FIVE days out from taking a second spin on the TEDx stage!

Today’s solo episode is called “My TEDx Journey: The Lessons of Using My Voice as a Leader” and I hope you’ll pause your scroll to stop + search for it over on your podcast app (just search Soul Purpose Leadership). Today is all about my journey in creating my TEDx - 5 days out from my 2nd TEDx ever at Texas A+M on April 7!

This journey has been so profound since my last time taking the TEDx stage in 2019 and today I’m getting raw + giving you my journey of cultivating my speech. My speech is called the Chemistry of Resilience and is about understanding what healthy resilience is through my very own story.

One thing I’ve learned… when you are cultivating yourself as a speaker by articulating your message to allow others to create transformation… YOU transform. And that’s what’s happened to me over the years. On April 7th, I’m bringing to the stage this culmination of my life!

From the logistics of crafting more articulate and potent messages, to the emotions of navigating shame, guilt, and old wounds/triggers as I navigate the story of my life - I can’t wait for you to dig into today’s episode and follow along with my TEDx journey!

After all… we are ALL speakers. How we articulate and communicate directly impacts our relationships - and relationships are the stuff life is built on! We should desire to refine the craft of communication to serve our relationships.

I’ve learned a LOT - but at the end of the day, I’m human. And I FEEL human going into a speech. Yes, even I get nervous… tune in to today’s episode to hear my thoughts on this!

This message of the Chemistry of Resilience and all the fears I’ve moved through to get to this point… for YOU. Ted X. April 7. Here. We. Go.

My TEDx Journey: The Lessons of Using My Voice as a Leader is now available on the Soul Purpose Leadership podcast!
