Deborah Dewet is a mother of three, grandmother of seven, a wife and wellness coach focusing on Inner Being Alignment through the practice of love centered guided journaling and self-discovery.

She has been a specialist in Personal Development and Wellness for over 35 years. Starting as a physical therapist and personal development training facilitator in South Africa, she later became a massage therapist in the United States. Simultaneously, she taught for another personal development organization, all while raising three children and prioritizing her own personal development journey.

Inspired by her 12-year-old granddaughter, her experience working with gymnasts on their physical and mental well being, and co-hosting the Happy Neighborhood Project, Deborah has published guided journals for youth and adults.

Residing in Calgary, Alberta, with her husband and two cats, they cherish the city's atmosphere and the nearby mountains.
