130: Amy Jovita Murray - How quick fix "pill" solution causes long term damage in adulthood

Amy Jovita Murray is a Fertility Coach & Educator, Holistic Reproductive Health Practitioner, wife, bilingual English/German mama of two little girls, ages 4 and 1, recovering coffee-cholic, and dark chocolate lover.
After overcoming her own struggles with secondary infertility Amy shifted her focus from general fertility awareness education to helping women conceive naturally by teaching them to chart their menstrual cycles with Fertility Awareness and thus gaining a window into their hormonal and overall health.
Since graduating from Justice College International in 2020, Amy has worked with dozens of clients worldwide, helping them not only to get that positive pregnancy test, but having the healthiest pregnancy possible - without fertility treatments!
