According to the World Health Organization (WHO), stress is "the reaction of the body and mind to a perceived threat or challenge". It is a normal part of life, and in small amounts, stress can help motivate and energize people to meet the demands of daily life. However, when stress becomes chronic or overwhelming, it can have negative effects on both our physical and mental health.

Everyone experiences stress to some degree. But the way we respond to stress makes a big difference to our overall well-being. Managing stress as a single mother is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being. In this episode, I share six ways to help manage your stress. I hope implementing these will help you become more aware and able to manage daily life better.
