Let’s face it—sometimes life just sucks! I don’t mean to be sarcastic; it’s just the reality of living in this world today. Every day, people are faced with financial challenges, hostile work environments, troubled relationships, medical issues, unsatisfying careers and so many other dilemmas. These obstacles can affect a person in a variety of ways. In some cases, people may experience anxiety, depression or worse, suicidal thoughts.
